Enoch Boafo Amponsah is a PhD student at Rutgers University School of Social Work. His research interests and publications involve sexual exploitation, interpersonal violence and child maltreatment prevention, gender inequality in higher education, and social work education. Prior to joining Rutgers, he obtained his masters in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation at the University of Oxford, UK as a Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust Scholar. Enoch has been involved in cross-cultural research in Ghana, Kenya, and the United States and has published nine peer-reviewed articles in leading social work and education journals. Enoch hopes to use the new digital to address sexual exploitation and various forms of interpersonal violence.
