The Center for Victim Research (CVR) recognizes that researchers are a key part of fostering meaningful collaborations in the victim services field. We want to invite you to attend CVR’s virtual research convening—focused on “Capturing Victims’ Voices on Justice through Research”—Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 1 to 3 PM EDT. You will have the opportunity to learn from a panel of speakers representing diverse perspectives in the victimization research field and engage in discussion with your peers in breakout groups. This event will dive into questions relevant to current conversations about justice, including how research can center victims’ views on different models of justice and inform calls to transform the justice system.
