Feminist and humanitarian work has an embedded need for Emotional First Aid (EFA). Practitioners and researchers are often trusted with accounts of trauma and/or requested emotional support that is beyond the scope of their work and training. To address this need, COFEM Asia-Pacific invites you to a Learning Circle on Emotional First Aid. This 90-minute session will equip participants with practical skills, feminist approaches, and strategies for navigating resource limitations while supporting mental health and self-care. As part of our commitment towards collective emotional care and feminist accountability, COFEM Asia-Pacific is dedicated to supporting practitioners and researchers in their important work.
