Adv. Victoria Balogun-Fatokun

Advocate Victoria Balogun-Fatokun is a law lecturer and the co-founder of the Access to Justice programme at the University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN). She specialises in Sexual and Reproductive Rights, which is an integral part of Medical Law. Her work focuses on different aspects of women’s rights and protection. She has a particular interest in human trafficking, organised crimes, access to justice, and disability rights, especially in the African context. She is a member of the KZN Task Team on Trafficking in Person, RSA. She has done some consultancy work for various organisations including the A21, UNICEF, UNFPA, LEAD, CCJD, Street Law, IPLT, Commission for Gender and Equality, and the AU.
